Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try IROND risk-free. If your forearms don't look and feel noticeably stronger within 30 days of receiving your order, or if you're simply not satisfied, contact us and we'll refund every penny of your purchase. No restocking fee, no hidden deductions.

How to request a refund

  • Email us at contact@irond-en.com within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Include your order number and the email address used for your order
  • No return needed: you don't have to send the product back to get your refund.

Refund timing

Once we confirm your request, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days (usually much sooner). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a fault appears later, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund in line with the consumer law of your country.

For Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Bundles

Bundle orders (such as 2x IROND Forearm Trainer) and discounted items are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.

Your right to cancel (UK and EU customers)

In addition to our 30-day guarantee, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Simply email contact@irond-en.com with a clear statement of your decision (for example: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my order no. [order number], received on [date]. Name, address, date.”). You don't need to send the product back. We will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using your original payment method.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
