Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If we can’t ship your order within this time, we’ll email you with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Delivery Times
- United States: 10–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on peak periods, customs clearance, logistical conditions, or carrier-related delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, and every package is sent with tracked and insured shipping.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped across borders (including to the United States, if your order ships from outside the US) may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees charged on delivery. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient, except where we are required by law to charge sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived 5 business days after the latest estimated delivery date:

- Provide your order number
We will launch an investigation right away. If your parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we’ll reship it free of charge or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your address carefully when placing your order. IronD cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
